Hello Day One Agency!
You look great! I thought the answers to your questions might be a bit more engaging this way:
How do you stay curious and connected to culture?
I keep a habit of exploring and traveling to keep my perspective fresh. I find that surrendering myself to curiosity helps illuminate other genres or topics I may not have encountered. This takes a form in my life when I go down a rabbit hole of French New Wave cinema online because of a couple questions I had after watching The French Dispatch. Later in the year, I’d been lucky enough to schedule a trip to Paris and Lyon to learn more about French cuisine and culture. However, when a trip to Europe is less timely, there’s still plenty of local galleries, libraries and communities associated to keep inspiration fresh and less algorithm-driven.

What stops you in your scroll?
Something that’ll stop my thumb for sure is a unique combination of media that conveys relatable feelings. Really clever meme collages is what I think that means. For example, if I see a Common Side Effects character pasted into a pharmaceutical article, that might make me chuckle. I also love really smooth animations and loops. I also really enjoy anything if it doubles as educational content - then I might be really drawn into reverse engineering the brand’s engagement. Lastly, anything Sonic the Hedgehog because.. childhood.

Thanks for considering me up to this point, the rest of my work is also on this site! Would love to hear what you think :)
